My husband ordered the Ban Mi. Its secret is the bread. They make their own bread. They were generous with the fillings . The pork belly is delicious. Although I like mine a little crispy. “ Just moved to Nashville and found this gem! Hands down the best and quickest authentic Vietnamese food in Tennessee and I have tried them all. I literally travel about 30 mins everyday to eat here now! They also have non traditional Vietnamese Style foods that are truly a pleasure to the palette. Their pho... BOMB! The grilled meats... BOMB! The bacos (fried bao buns crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside served with a delicious avocado creme sauce)... BOMB!!! I havent had anything here I didnt like yet and i pretty much tried the entire menu already lol ”
“ The staff were friendly and very accommodating, especially who I believe is the owner. The sandwiches were awesome and very fairly priced. They make their own bread and all the ingredients tasted really fresh. We also had the fried dumplings which were a hit. I almost could've just drank the dipping sauce they came with, it was so good. At the register I asked if the dumplings were deep fried or pan fried. They are deep fried so I told my wife I would prefer the steamed ones but I got vetoed. When the dumplings came out the cook (maybe owner?) said he pan fried them just for us. That's so thoughtful and awesome for him to go out of his way to do a special order. He was very friendly and seemed like a really solid and respectful guy. My wife and son had an unexpected dessert of cheesecake (thank you very much to the owner) and they both loved it. I really recommend this place not only for the amazing food but for the awesome service as well. It really was a breath of fresh air to have a meaningful human interaction with complete strangers in this day and age and it truly left an impression on me. Thanks again to the owner and staff. ”

As the most expensive item on the menu, it fell a little short in flavor impact—technically solid, but not one I’d rush to order again. One of the highlights was getting to watch them make the bread from scratch. The combination of flavors and textures in the banh mi was incredible, and I could taste the quality in every bite.
